Important Notice
Monday - Friday: Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on Saturday or on Sunday, or on a National Holiday, will be shipped the following business day (usually Monday).
Standard Ground Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS, or FedEx, or US Mail (USPS). Your order may ship in multiple boxes based on the products in your order. Health Supplies Hub ships to residential and business street addresses in all 48 continental US states. Shipping rates do not apply to areas outside the continental US. Health Supplies Hub does not ship to PO boxes.
- Many non-bulk orders over $99.00 - Ship FREE via UPS, or FedEx, or USPS
- Some equipment and bulk items do not qualify for free shipping
- Orders under $99.00 - are shipped via Standard Ground Delivery (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, 3 - 7 Business Days); some remote areas can take much longer; flat rate shipping charge of $9.95
- Delivery Days are calculated based on business days, does not include weekends, and start counting the first business day after your order is placed
Free Shipping and Handling Details
Many non-bulk orders over $99.00 qualify for Free Shipping. Some oversized or higher weight products along with some manufacturers do not qualify for free shipping.
Some medical equipment and supply items are not eligible for Free Shipping. For those items, shipping charges will be added even if the total purchase is greater than $99.00. Other bulk items may not qualify for Free Shipping even if the amount is greater than $99.00.
Priority Shipping and Handling
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx ground, or US Mail (USPS). Health Supplies Hub ships to residential and business addresses in all 48 continental US states. Shipping rates do not apply to areas outside the continental US.
- Priority Shipping - flat rate shipping charge of $27.95 - 3 business days or less. Some remote areas may take longer.
Expedited Shipping
For expedited shipping, please contact a customer service representative to place your order. Our customer service representative will verify that FedEx or UPS or USPS can deliver your order to your address in the desired timeframe.
- Expedited Shipping - flat rate shipping charge of $59.95 - Two days or less
******** - We do ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska the shipping cost is $24.95 for orders not containing disposable incontinence and $38.99 for orders containing disposable incontinence and can up to 2 weeks for arrival, typically though, we see orders arriving inside of 1 week.
